Jennifer Briggs
Jennifer Briggs, SPHR, GPHR, is the Head of Organizational Development and Human Resources for New Belgium Brewing. She brings 20+ years of experience in human resource management from private and publically held companies. She has a master’s degree in organizational leadership, bachelor of science in community health education as well as other certifications. Her passion is leading companies using a system that leverages the concepts of inclusive capitalism and servant leadership, thereby allowing all people to participate in growing shared value.
