Frank Shipper, PhD
Frank Shipperis Professor of Management in the Perdue School of Business at Salisbury University. His teaching, consulting, and research interests are managerial/leadership skills development, employee ownership, and collaborative cultures. He has consulted for and studied employee-owned companies for over 25 years. Among other honors, he received a 2014 Regents Award for excellence in research, University System of Maryland’s highest faculty honor. He is the lead author of the book, Shared Entrepreneurship: A Path to Engaged Employee Ownership.
