Ruth Yeoman, PhD
Dr. Yeoman is a Research Fellow at the Centre of Mutual and Employee-owned Business, Kellogg College and the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Her research centres on organisational models which manifest mutuality and meaningfulness. Recent projects include: research on ‘Mutuality and Integrated Healthcare’ funded by Oxford’s John Fell Fund; establishing ‘Mutuality in Business’, funded by Mars Inc.; and leading an international research collaboration on ‘Meaningful Work’. Her book, Meaningful Work and Workplace Democracy: a philosophy of work and a politics of meaningfulness, is published by Palgrave Macmillan.
