Maja Korica, PhD
Dr. Maja Korica is an Associate Professor at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, specialising in boards of directors and corporate governance, accountability and responsibility, as well as executive management and leadership in practice. She holds a DPhil (PhD) in Management Studies from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Her work is focused on understanding dynamics of complex and rarely seen organizational settings, at the top of corporate hierarchies, and where public or societal interest is involved. She is currently developing a body of work on coordination under challenging circumstances, which includes on-the-ground response to refugee emergencies.
