Isabel Kelly

Isabel’s career has focused on social justice and finding ways to make a significant impact in the world, using the resources of both the nonprofit and business worlds. Her first job was at Oxfam, followed by 11 years at Amnesty International focusing on East Asia. In 2002, she joined Salesforce.com and over 12 years established their international foundation, donating technology, employee time and grants while making it profitable from generated income.

In 2015, Isabel founded Profit with Purpose, offering consulting services to companies that want to use their resources for good. She is a Practitioner in Residence at the Skoll Centre for Social Entrepreneurship at the Said Business School. She currently holds Board positions at two social enterprises, Economic Change and NESsT.
